Before Firefly Consulting Group, I spent two decades leading the kind of behind-the-scenes work most people never see, but every business depends on. From project and event management to systems building, administration, team operations, and assistant teaching, I was the go-to person who made sure things got done—and done well. I launched Firefly VA Services LLC to support overwhelmed entrepreneurs who needed someone they could trust. But as time went on, something became clear: they didn’t just need help getting things off their plate—they needed someone who could see the bigger picture, create systems that could scale, and lead alongside them.

So, I leveled up.

I became a Certified Director of Operations and Online Business Manager, rebranding to Firefly Consulting Group—a strategic partner for business owners ready to lead with clarity, not chaos.
