Nope. Whether you’re solo or managing a small team, we meet you where you are.

No — the Momentum Mapping Intensive is a licensed and paid service,This isn’t a sales call or a quick discovery chat — it’s a strategic working session designed to give you clarity, direction, and a custom operational roadmap. You’ll walk away with real insight, prioritized next steps, and a clear understanding of where to focus your energy. That said, the MMI is not a fix-all. If you’re exploring a DIY path or aren’t ready to move into implementation support, this session still provides tremendous value. We’ll offer suggestions, trusted referrals, and strategic recommendations — but we won’t be executing those next steps unless a separate service agreement is in place.

Yes. It’s the foundation for all other work — and ensures everything we build is strategic. Then we are able to move into all other offers that Firefly offers.

No. You’re getting high-level strategy and operational guidance — not implementation support from a team or additional services.
