Step 1: Fire Starter Mini Mapping™

A focused 90-minute deep dive to uncover what’s working, what’s not, and create your first clarity-action plan. This is the starting point for all new clients.

Step 2: Momentum Mapping Intensive™

Once we’ve laid the foundation with a Fire Starter, we can zoom out. Over three 90-minute sessions, we’ll walk through the 7 Objectives of Business and build a bird’s-eye roadmap designed for your growth, alignment, and sustainability.

Step 3: Ongoing Consulting & Retainer Work

Available only after completing a Fire Starter (and, if needed, a Momentum Mapping Intensive). This is where I step in as your business advisor and accountability partner, helping you navigate projects, guide hiring, align your team, or stay on track with the roadmap we've created.
